Description

The Shift4 Client Operations Team is responsible for configuring and maintaining customer accounts to align with their bespoke payment solutions, ensuring seamless processing of payments tailored to their unique requirements.

 

Main Responsibilities of the Junior Client Operations Officer:

  • Set up and configure customers in our operational systems to facilitate payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts in compliance with customer agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Register customers with card schemes, vendors, and other relevant parties as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve setup-related inquiries or technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all actions are executed in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
  • Any other duties required by the Client Operations Management Team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of business or commerce, or an interest in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment but also capable of working independently and autonomously when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Observant with a keen attention to detail.
  • Organised and structured approach to tasks.
  • Curious, with a willingness to learn and a thirst for new knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Relevant work experience will be considered an asset.
